Before 12 noon SGT for same day delivery to offices.
Before 4 pm SGT for same day delivery to residential addresses.
Same day delivery to offices or commercial building not available on Saturday

Surcharge & Exclusion

• $30 Surcharge for Express Service

• $50 for delivery to Sentosa & Jurong Islands.

$15 for the subsequence re-delivery due to :

• Wrong address given

• Recipient not available to receive goods *

• No one in the given address

• Recipient has moved out.

For Delivery On Sunday, Public Holidays and eves of Public Holidays

Order must reach us BEFORE or BY

For Delivery ON New Year Eve, Valentine Week, Valentines' Day -14th February, Lunar New Year Week, Lunar New Year Eve, Christmas Week, Christmas Eve and other Festive Peak

Order must reach us BEFORE or At least

• 2 working days before actual date of desire delivery

• No Express Service Available

• No delivery to Sentosa & Jurong Islands.

$20 for the subsequence re-delivery due to :

• Recipient not available to receive goods *

• No one in the given address

• Recipient has moved out.

Customer to NOTE:

* Only if Recipient personal receipt is requested.

Express Service:

• Delivery completed between 2 to 4 hours

• NOT AVAILABLE for Sentosa or Jurong Island.

• Our Shop Substitution Policy will apply for Express Delivery

delivery time:

• The normal delivery hours for a florist are between 9AM to 7PM.

• For delivery outside the normal operating hours, please confirm with florist first.

• Surcharge will be charged to customer in addition to the prices quoted or displayed on our Web Site, when applicable.

• Time frame referred above is only valid when order details reaches our staff and not based on time order is placed.

• Flowers will be delivered next working day, if we are unable to complete the delivery in the first instance.
