Delivery Service In Singapore
We deliver 362 days a year,
except for 3 days on Chinese New Year.
We will make every effort to
deliver the order to the recipient personally whenever possible. However,
order may be received by a third party under the following conditions :

Delivery to Hospital, Hotel
and Vessel ;

Residential or Business
premises with tight security where it is not possible for our
deliveryman to deliver personally ;

When the recipient is not
around to receive the order.
Recipient Unavailability
If the recipient is
unavailable to receive delivery, the florist will either:
-
leave order at the door if weather permits
and is safe or,
-
leave a note on the recipient's door asking
them to call the floral shop and arrange a convenient time for
re-delivery,

leave the arrangement with a neighbor and
leave a message with recipient's, stating who accepted the arrangement on
their behalf.

if the recipient works during the day, the
florist can deliver the bouquet to the recipient's office. Also, the
florist may call the recipient to schedule delivery
Whenever possible, all
delivery order will be duly signed by receiving party to confirm delivery
Order received after cut off
time
We will make every effort to
fulfill orders received after the cut-off time. However, we cannot guarantee
its timely delivery as requested. Should it not be possible, delivery shall
be performed on the next working day. Customers are deemed to have
understood this condition when placing order.
International
Delivery Service
If you
want us to arrange DELIVERY for you, the following terms will applied
For international orders,
prices quoted will be in US dollars. We can send your flowers to almost
anywhere in the world. Our shop arranged our delivery with reputed
international flowers-by-wire company with worldwide service in more than
185 countries.
Customers are encourage to
place their orders at least two regular working days before desired
delivery. Some remote countries may require extra time. Please ask us to
check on the time frame for your specific destination country.
Flowers cannot be delivered to
PO boxes, PSCs (postal service centers) or APO addresses.
You need to give us your
personal greeting or message for the enclosure card.
A relay fee of USD$10 will be
added per delivery. Minimum prices may be higher the week before a major
holiday.
