Warranty of Goods/Services
All our goods/services will
serve their intended functions.
Customer satisfaction is very
important to us. The guarantee assures you that all orders are handled by
experts and are of first-rate quality. All flower arrangements will be fresh
and delivered personally. We guarantee the conscientious fulfillment of
every order processed. Our guarantee comprises:

website on the day of delivery.
Nevertheless, should there be
any complaint, the addressee can of course contact the us. We guarantees the
delivered product for at least three days - 72 hours after delivery - with
respect to quality, and will replace the product with another one if the
flowers or plants that are the subject of any claim are returned to the shop
intact within this period. This guarantee is your assurance that your order
will be executed with love and care, and that only the highest quality
products will be used. However, should you not be satisfied with the
delivery or quality, please let us know within 5 days latest from the date
of delivery. Please note, as a general rules, the principle for
objective test will apply to complain of quality.
Needless to say, all information required to
process your order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on
to third parties. Please contact our

Terms of Warranty
All warranty conditions are
stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer
has provided none.
Prices
All our prices are net. Discount to registered user will be based on the
tier in which they are registered. No discounts will be given unless during
promotions or for special priced items.
Delivery services
Delivery is free for goods purchased
above S$50.00 and
delivered within Singapore. A
delivery charge of S$15.00 will be included into your bills when goods
purchased is less than S$50.00. For information's on
delivery points which will incurred
additional charges, Please refer to our
delivery schedule.
Payment Processing
We only accept VISA,
MASTERCARD for online payment and Corporate cheques payments, COD, AMEX and
DINERS for offline payment.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically
processed.
Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is
cancelled due to the
unavailability of goods or our inability to
deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and
submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic
acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission
of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be
sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are
non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
